Problem: When I open Just the Facts, I get: Client EXE encountered Fatal Error: Attempt to find the client Java class failed.

Solution: Just the Facts needs to be reinstalled. To reinstall Just the Facts

1. Open My Computer
2. Open the C:\ Drive
3. Open the Windows folder*
4. Find the JCUlib folder and delete it by right-clicking and choosing Delete
5. Open Bear Access and go back into Just the Facts. This will reinstall the necessary files.

*Note: If you are running Windows NT, 2000, or XP, the Windows folder is usually called "WINNT". (i.e. in this case, the location is C:\WINNT\JCULib\ )
