Unable to enter data into COLTS II

Problem: I can't enter data into COLTS II after opening it.

Solution: This is usually the case if the time card has already been approved. Click on the Remove Approval button under the Approval tab in your time card. If you are unable to remove your approval, your supervisor may have approved the card already, at which point you will need to check with your payroll supervisor to be able to make additional changes.
