Problem: When I open COLTS II, I get: Client EXE encountered Fatal Error: Application name mismatch error, or properties file is missing.

Solution: A specific file in COLTS II must be reinstalled. To do this,

1. Open My Computer.
2. Open the C:\ Drive.
3. Open the Program Files folder.
4. Open the CU Services folder.
5. Delete the file coltsii_prod.ini by right-clicking it and choosing Delete.

Open Bear Access and go back into Colt II. This will reinstall the necessary files.
