Application Error

Problem: When I open COLTS II, I get: Application Error - Please Try Again

Solution: This happens when the file CUObjectsVbj40.jar is corrupt. To replace this file

  1. Open My Computer.
  2. Open the C:\ Drive.
  3. Open the Windows folder.*
  4. Open the JCULib folder.
  5. Open the common folder.
  6. Delete the file CUObjectsVbj40.jar by right-clicking it and choosing Delete.
  7. Open Bear Access and go back into Colt II. This will reinstall the necessary files.

*Note: If you are running Windows NT, 2000, or XP, the Windows folder is usually called "WINNT". (i.e. in this case, the location is C:\WINNT\JCULib\common )

Windows Troubleshooting

Bear Access | SideCar/Kerberos | E-mail | Symantec AntiVirus
Network News | File Transfer Protocol | Telnet | JTF and COLTS
