Problem: I get the Type 2 error in Just The Facts when I'm trying to reauthenticate. What do I do?

So far, this error has only occurred. on Mac OS 9.x. This problem is related to the version of MRJ (Macintosh Realtime on Java) installed on the computer.

First, attempt to run JTF under Mac OS X through the Classic Environment. If this doesn't work, try to manually remove the "MRJ Libraries" folder from the "Extensions" folder, which is inside the "System Folder". Then, install MRJ 2.1.4 which is accessible through "Updates & Extras" in JTF.
