Reinstalling COLTS

Problem: When I click on the COLTS or JTF icon in Bear Access, an error saying that COLTS or JTF Prod could not be opened appears or the window saying "Loading COLTS II..." pops up but then goes away.

Solution:

First of all, COLTS and JTF only run on Mac OS 8.1 or better. If you are running Mac OS 8.1 or later, open the "Bear Access f" folder on your hard drive, and delete the "CU Services" folder. Then launch COLTS or JTF from Bear Access again. If this does not solve the problem, you may have to reinstall a later version of Macintosh Runtime for Java (MRJ) (Read Me - Download).
