Problem:The application Runway will not open because FDL or VCSAPI could not be found.

Solution: Bear Access needs several extensions to be installed in order to operate. You will first want to check if two extensions show in the Extensions Manager. To do this, open the Extensions Manager from the Control Panels in the Apple Menu. Once open, scroll down to Extensions and look for:

• File Delivery Layer
• VCSAPI

Make sure both of those are checked on. If you do not see them in the list, you will need to perform a full install of Bear Access from CD.
