Problem: I clicked on the "Add Admin Services" button under "Updates and Extras", but there aren't any new icons in the Bear Access window. Where are PEDL, SES, etc.?

Solution:

Assuming that all the appropriate files were downloaded correctly, you will need to restart Bear Access. The next time you open BA, click on the "Top" button in the top part of the window. You should then see two folders, one called Bear Access, the other Administrative Services. Open the Administrative Services folder, and you will find the missing items.
